Collected role description

The RFQ Purchase Engineer is responsible for handling Requests for Quotations (RFQs), supplier coordination, cost analysis, and ensuring timely procurement of materials in line with project and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze RFQs received from customers Identify and develop suitable suppliers/vendors Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers and follow up for quotations Perform cost comparison and analysis of supplier quotes Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams Ensure timely finalization of purchase orders Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
