Senior Executive - Ultralogistic

Learn more about applying for Senior Executive - Ultralogistic at Unilever Key RESPONSIBILITIES: · Coordinate with factories, branch, transporters and other business partners to ensure timely delivery of products and materials at right service, costs, safety and quality. · Develop and implement transportation strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency. · Manage and oversee logistics personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. · Analyse logistics data and provide recommendations for process improvements. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products to DCs or customers. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. · Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for logistics and transportation. · Develop and implement logistics plans, budgets, and policies. · Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on logistics performance and trends. · Ensure 100% safety compliance across the E2E value chain · Review opportunities to drive digital and sustainability initiatives in Logistics Experience Required: · 5-10years of experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · Knowledge of logistics software and systems. · Knowledge of regulatory requirements for logistics and transportation. · Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage. Qualification & Skills Required: · Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work well in a team environment.
