Job Description Role: BRE Developer – PCSM Location: Chennai (Work From Office – Mandatory) Joining: Immediate (1–2 Weeks) Mandatory Requirements · Chennai-based candidate only. · Work From Office mandatory (regulatory & compliance requirement). · Immediate joiner (within 1–2 weeks). · Willing to work as per banking working model (6-day structure). · Strong coding background (Java mandatory). · Lending/Cards domain knowledge mandatory. · Must handle end-to-end lifecycle (Requirement → Development → Testing → Deployment → Production Support). Technical Skills (Mandatory) · Hands-on experience in PCSM (Power Curve Strategy Management). · Experience in BRE implementation. · Proficiency in Scorecard module. · Strong Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, File Handling). · Experience with Java, XML, Groovy, XSD. · Knowledge of REST & SOAP web services. · Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX. Functional Skills (Mandatory) · Lending domain experience (Cards preferred). · Knowledge of credit policies (SBL, Property Loan, Personal Loan, Asset-Based Loan, Auto Loan). · Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (HLD / LLD / DLS). · Policy configuration and SIT/UAT support. Soft Skills (Mandatory) · Strong ownership and accountability mindset. · Confident in stakeholder interaction (Risk, Policy, Business teams). · Ability to work independently without separate Dev/Test teams. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Willingness to learn and adapt.
