As a Sr Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical insight and acting as the subject matter expert in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis projects. As a Sr Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell, you will provide technical insight in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis. You will translate business needs into data science solutions and lead complex projects.You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Bengaluru, Karnataka location on a Hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions Mastery experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis Strong project management and organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline. Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall direction of the Data Science team
