The role involves executing functional, regression, sanity, and mobile testing activities across multiple websites, countries, devices, and platforms. The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA team members to validate requirements, identify defects, and support successful product releases. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution Design, review, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications. Validate key business workflows and user journeys across digital platforms. Perform functional, integration, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing. Ensure test coverage aligns with user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required. Defect Management Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using appropriate defect management tools. Provide clear defect documentation with detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence. Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues. Verify fixes and perform impact analysis during regression cycles. Web & Mobile Testing Test applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices. Validate responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Perform mobile application testing on Android and i OS platforms. Execute device compatibility, usability, and performance validation for mobile applications. Verify mobile-specific functionalities such as navigation, permissions, notifications, and device interactions. Integration Testing Support testing of integrations involving: Sitecore CMS Bullhorn Bhoomi API Layer Third-party APIs and digital services Conduct basic API validation and testing using Postman. Agile Participation Participate in Agile ceremonies including: Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sessions Requirement Workshops Defect Triage Calls Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and testing scope. Quality Assurance Practices Follow established QA processes, standards, and best practices. Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and traceability matrices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team. Ensure compliance with defined testing methodologies and release processes. Tools & Technologies Hands-on Exposure To Cucumber with Type Script (Web & Mobile Automation) Low-Code/No-Code Automation Platforms (Virtuoso QA) Java Script / Type Script Java Postman for API Testing Azure Dev Ops Preferred Exposure To Appium for Mobile Test Automation (Android & i OS) Selenium Web Driver Mobile Automation Frameworks API Automation Concepts CI/CD Pipelines Basic Awareness Of Apache JMeter Blaze Meter Performance and Load Testing Concepts Required Skills Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Good knowledge of Defect Life Cycle and defect management processes. Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. Understanding of functional, regression, sanity, and integration testing. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of API testing concepts. Knowledge of browser compatibility and responsive testing. Ability to create and execute well-structured test cases. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and reporting abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Sitecore. Experience with mobile application testing on Android and i OS platforms. Appium and mobile automation testing frameworks. Understanding of mobile device compatibility and cross-platform testing. Basic SQL knowledge for data validation. Basic understanding of API validation and API integrations. Experience with Low-Code/No-Code automation tools. Exposure to test automation concepts and frameworks. ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred). Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
