You will drive test automation initiatives, define testing strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. We are seeking an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing and quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will help lead quality initiatives and ensure effective testing across healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium. Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java. Experience with API, UI, and end-to-end test automation. Exposure to performance testing is a plus. Hands-on experience with Git Hub Copilot or AI-powered testing tools is preferred. Stay current with emerging testing tools, technologies, and quality engineering best practices. Quality & Collaboration Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites. Define and document testing strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives. Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
