We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join the IndustryBuying team! What you’ll work on: - Sourcing candidates for Sales, Telesales and other departments - Resume screening and interview coordination - Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to joining - Extensive recruitment work for Telesales/Sales roles , along with hiring for other business functions as required - Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements - Maintaining candidate databases, recruitment trackers and HR MIS - Supporting basic HR operations and employee engagement activities Who can apply: - MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field - Fresher / 0-1 year experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with calling and recruitment targets - Strong interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
