<h1 style="margin-top:24px; margin-bottom:5px">Senior Project Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure Services</h1>We are seeking a highly experienced, client-facing Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure delivery and operations for a large US healthcare payer. The role will manage cross-functional teams spanning Azure Cloud, Database Administration, Infrastructure Automation, and Platform Operations while serving as the primary interface to client leadership. Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Azure infrastructure, database, and automation workstreams.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across multiple initiatives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Provide leadership to Azure Engineers, DBAs, Terraform Engineers, and Ansible/Automation teams.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Drive cloud modernization, operational excellence, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Lead client governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and service reviews.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure compliance with security, audit, change management, and healthcare regulatory requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Track SLA/KPI performance and drive issue resolution, problem management, and service improvements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Coordinate with application, security, network, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.</li></ul>Required Experience<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Infrastructure Program/Project Management.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proven experience managing Azure infrastructure teams in enterprise environments.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong knowledge of Azure Compute, Storage, Backup/DR, Monitoring, and Infrastructure Operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with Database Platforms (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Terraform, and Ansible.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent client-facing, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience working in managed services and/or US healthcare payer environments preferred.</li></ul>
