Job Title: Technology Lead (.NET, Azure Data Factory, SQL, AI Tools) Location Client approved locations Experience 6 to 15 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application deployment, and cloud-based data integration solutions. Healthcare domain knowledge and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop and support data integration and ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Create and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Participate in requirement analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Perform application deployment, environment setup, configuration, and release support activities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve development productivity, code quality, and documentation. Depends on company approved tools</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Contribute to system modernization, performance tuning, and process automation initiatives.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong SQL Server development and performance tuning skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application development.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Hands-on experience in application deployment and environment management.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Familiarity with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.</li></ul>AI Skills<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to utilize AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, and productivity improvements.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience in the Healthcare domain (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, EDI 834/837, QNXT, HIPAA, or related healthcare systems).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with Azure services and modern cloud architectures.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>Desired Competencies<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Quick learner with a passion for emerging technologies, AI, and digital transformation.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Healthcare payer/provider system experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with Power BI, SSIS, or Azure-based data solutions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Exposure to application modernization and cloud migration projects.</li></ul>
