This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a coordination role. The successful candidate will personally hold the technical depth to challenge designs, review solutions and unblock engineers, while simultaneously driving standardisation, automation and a culture of engineering excellence across the account. margin-left:8px">Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning and transparent escalation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:5px; margin-left:8px">Govern delivery through structured reviews, published metrics and clear RAG status.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:15px;
