The role is responsible for leading Azure Platform team to develop and build the re-usable or shared service components of the Azure Cloud Platform. What you’ll be doing: <ul class="dj9ls6 dj9l0f dj9mf5"> <li>Manage, prioritize, and run the day-to-day sprint workload for the Azure Platform team, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and ensuring we deliver on our project commitments.</li> <li>Design and maintain our enterprise Azure landing zones, keeping our management groups, subscriptions, hub-spoke/vWAN networking, and Azure Policies structured and compliant.</li> <li>Write, test, and maintain reusable, production-ready Terraform modules, establish release cycles published within Terraform Cloud Registry.</li> <li>Design and optimize automated deployment workflows using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to enable reliable, zerotouch platform deployments.</li> <li>Partner with application, data, and security teams across the business to turn common requirements into self-service, reusable cloud platform components.</li> <li>Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex platform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution in a 24/7 enterprise production environment.</li> </ul> What you’ll need: <ul class="dj9ls6 dj9l0f dj9mf5"> <li>7+ years of experience across Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and DevOps, including proven experience in a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Team Management capacity.</li> <li>Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305 / AZ-303/304),HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.</li> <li>Strong background designing, deploying, and running enterprise-scale workloads on Microsoft Azure following the Azure</li> <li>Well-Architected Framework along with upgrade of Landing Zones to latest stable version.</li> <li>Extensive practical experience authoring modular Terraform code, managing state at scale, and using Terraform Cloud for team collaboration and governance.</li> <li>Proven ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot multi-environment CI/CD pipelines in both GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of Microsoft RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vaults, Private Endpoints, and Azure Policy enforcement.</li> <li>Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery practices, modern GitOps workflows, and operational frameworks (e.g., ITIL v4 processes, incident management).</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a strong track record of diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues.</li> </ul> Who you are: You’re open: we are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
