integrations</strong>.</p> <p>The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing scalable integration solutions connecting <strong>Amazon Connect and other contact-center technologies with CRM, enterprise applications, databases and cloud services</strong>.</p> <p>The role requires strong hands-on MuleSoft development expertise combined with an understanding of Platform</strong>.</li> <li>Develop Mule 4 applications, APIs and integration workflows using <strong>Anypoint Studio and DataWeave</strong>.</li> <li>Build integrations between <strong>Amazon Connect and enterprise applications</strong> such as CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP and custom applications.</li> <li>Develop <strong>REST/SOAP APIs</strong> and reusable integration services using API-led connectivity.</li> <li>Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems to enable customer data retrieval, case creation, customer authentication and contact-center workflows.</li> <li>Work with <strong>Amazon Connect APIs, AWS services and event-driven integration patterns</strong>.</li> <li>Build and manage integrations using MuleSoft as the <strong>iPaaS / enterprise integration layer</strong>.</li> <li>Develop <strong>System APIs, Process APIs and Experience APIs</strong> based on business and integration requirements.</li> <li>Implement data transformation and mapping using <strong>DataWeave 2.0</strong>.</li> <li>Configure and manage APIs through <strong>Anypoint API Manager</strong> and Runtime Manager.</li> <li>Deploy and monitor MuleSoft applications on <strong>CloudHub / Runtime Manager</strong>.</li> <li>Implement authentication, authorization and API security using <strong>OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/SSL and AWS IAM</strong>.</li> <li>Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms and exception management.</li> <li>Troubleshoot integration issues across MuleSoft, Amazon Connect, AWS and downstream enterprise systems.</li> <li>Participate in unit testing, integration testing, deployment and production support.</li> <li>Work with architects, business teams and client stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical
