The Associate Operations Specialist (D) in the Retail Liability Operations department is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and data entry. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service within the retail liabilities domain. Key Responsibilities. Primary ResponsibilitiesScrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing. Perform data entry for account opening and service requests. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Secondary ResponsibilitiesLiaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues. What We Are Looking For. EducationGraduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role. Skills and AttributesAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service processes.
