Oracle HCM ORC Techno-Functional Consultant2 8+ years of hands on techno functional expertise in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud with following ffunctionalities: Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Engagement Onboarding Integration Should have experience in developing / configuring ORC as per business requirements in following: Implement SMS and WhatsApp in communications for the Booster module Revise requisition templates Revise Offer Letter generation Well versed with Requirements gathering, Design, Development/configure and Unit Testing phases Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
