Roles and Responsibilities Checking of eligible transactions before execution Coordinate with all the process owners for the completion of process confirmation Batch close activity after confirmation from all the process owners on the process Checking of the back dated report and escalate if any serious issues on back dated transactions Generation of Pay-outs & reinvestment reports Matching of opening closing balances Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly MIS Reports. Processing of daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, adhoc dividends and pay out activities Job Specification Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree Good Business Acumen Excellent written & Oral Communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare and analyze comprehensive reports as and when required. Excellent organizational skills. Eye for detail with excellent Analytical Skills Passion to drive Change Management Ability to work on tight timelines
