As a Middle Office Trade Support Analyst within the Treasury and CIO team, you are a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in trade support. Job responsibilities Trade Support Functions: Responsible for Booking, Trade Check-out, End-of-Day Blotter Generation, Control Checks, and Trade Lifecycle Management. Reference Data Setup: Establish and maintain reference data for counterparties and books. Regulatory Reporting: Conduct checks and implement controls for regulatory reporting across supported jurisdictions. Exception Queue Monitoring: Monitor exceptions to ensure timely resolution, particularly for same-day settlement activities within TCIO. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with various stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers (Front Office), Business Management, Reference Data, Back Office, Technology, and PMO, to address BAU and ad-hoc management requests. MIS/KPI Reporting: Prepare and deliver Management Information System (MIS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Banking. 3 years or above working experience in Middle Office, Market Risk, Finance, Operations or Product Control Product knowledge in Fixed Income, Treasury, FX and Interest Derivatives products Support traders by managing full trade lifecycle across fixed income, money markets, foreign exchange, and interest rate swaps.
