Calling Team Automation & Voice Bot Transformation • Lead end-to-end automation initiatives for calling teams using Voice Bots and Conversational AI. • Design and implement customer engagement journeys across Reactivation, Sales, Service, Cross-Sell, and Retention campaigns. • Work closely with business teams to identify use cases suitable for automation. • Coordinate with technology teams, vendors, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams for deployment. • Integrate Voice Bots with SFDC and internal systems to enable seamless lead management and customer interaction tracking.<div> </div>
