<ul><li>Own end-to-end onboarding, documentation and handholding of new APs and franchisees (account opening, KYC/compliance checks, terminal/setup).</li><li> Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential franchisees to expand the broking network.</li><li>Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements for Members and their APs.</li><li>Assist franchisees with product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational efficiencies through regular training and guidance.</li><li>Support APs to grow business across equity & Third-party distribution products and identify revenue opportunities for franchisees.</li><li>Ensure all business activities are in line with SEBI guidelines and internal compliance policies.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement.</li></ul>
