<ol start="1" type="1"> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for pay-in & pay-out shortage and to follow up with branches / franchisees & rectification for securities which are wrongly transferred</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for updating the shortage details in the system & check intra settlement status</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for ensuring clients receive delivery instruction slip book & follow up with branches/ franchisees</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for handling off market shares received & ensure it is intimated to the branches/ franchisees for DP proof & follow up for the same with risk team</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for timely resolution of queries of branches/ franchisees/ clients on mails, ECRM, telephone calls</li> <li class="MsoNormal">To follow up for any pending issues relating to fax, scan, DP problem etc. & coordinating the same with franchisees</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for training & educating newly inducted franchisees and their staff regarding the working of the organization & use of systems</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Should coordinate with DP department for normal market transfers or rejections or any other client related details</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Should ensure DP account mapping after provision of all adequate documents & details</li> <li class="MsoNormal">To coordinate with settlements team for effecting corporate action to eligible clients</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Responsible for escalation of high value shortages & salvage auction through internal position</li> <li class="MsoNormal">To keep a track on transaction of physical shares</li> </ol> Skills <ol start="1" type="1"> <li class="MsoNormal">Graduate / Post graduate with 1 – 3 yrs experience</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Should have good communication & presentation skills</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Should be a self-starter, proactive</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills</li> </ol>
