Product Manager

<p>About the Role</p><p>Job Responsibilities :</p><ul><li><p>Focus on Customer Acquisition</p></li><li><p>Build and experiment different acquisition strategies. Drive it to completion and publish the results.</p></li><li><p>Work on product placement and messaging.</p></li><li><p>Develop and define product implementation roadmaps</p></li><li><p>Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and QA team to come up with time estimates and adhering to external commitments</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with external partners for integration of their system or services.</p></li><li><p>Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact</p></li><li><p>Define and continuously analyze metrics for the success of the product</p></li><li><p>Be familiar with industry best practices for product implementation and improving processes at KredX</p></li><li><p>Identifying all barriers to product/feature adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same</p></li><li><p>Own customer onboarding, customer experience and customer success</p></li><li><p>Participate in product demos to potential customers. Understand their requirements and propose solutions using the product features.</p></li><li><p>Interact with customers regularly to gather feedback, problem statements and feature requirements.</p></li></ul><p>Requirements :</p><ul><li><p>5+ years of product management experience</p></li><li><p>Past knowledge of financial services (MSME lending) would be helpful</p></li><li><p>Experience of driving product growth</p></li><li><p>First principle thinking and strong problem solving ability</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and drive outcomes</p></li><li><p>Structured thought process</p></li><li><p>Proactive communication skills</p></li><li><p>Strong curiosity and passion to learn and grow</p></li></ul><p><br> Disclaimers:<br> ● Work from the office 5 days a week.</p>
