requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions Analyse complex business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with broader business strategies Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, implementations and future technology initiatives Drive solution delivery across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post-production support Troubleshoot SAP OTC issues and support users with business-critical incidents and day-to-day requirements Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and solution documentation Perform unit and integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing Collaborate with SAP functional, technical and integration teams across a global delivery model Participate in the on-call support rotation and demonstrate ownership, proactive communication and continuous learning Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 8+ years of experience working with SAP Order to Cash Experience designing, configuring and implementing SAP OTC solutions Hands-on configuration experience in contracts, order management, pricing, billing, advanced Available-to-Promise (a ATP), EDI and master data Experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation Knowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes and integration with external applications Experience analysing and troubleshooting SAP OTC-related issues Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users What Will Put You Ahead Experience with ORTEC solutions Experience with SAP Vistex or rebate management SAP ABAP troubleshooting and debugging knowledge Experience in the consumer products or process manufacturing industry At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
