Champion continuous transformation by challenging existing approaches, evaluating developments in procurement technology and processes, and applying an outside-in perspective. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with progressively increasing responsibility. Min 4 years of Experience in leading professional buying or procurement teams. Experience procuring from the Indian market. Procurement and sourcing leadership experience within a global organization. Experience leading procurement or business transformation initiatives. What Will Put You Ahead Advanced degree or diploma in Supply Chain or Materials Management. Experience with procurement and workflow platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Service Now.
