<div><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Job Description</span></div><ul><li>Deliver the 100 % output daily, by adhering to the SOP & WI.</li><li>Troubleshoot the problems related to Machine, Fixtures, Tools & Part.</li><li>Part programming recoganition for recepective parts, Setup change for new components</li><li>Ability to operate Multimachine</li><li>Multiskill to operate different machines based on the requirement</li><li>Maintain work area with house in order - in way of TQM</li><li>Participate in Kaizen, QCC, SIT, CFT to solve the problem</li><li>Work for the LCA to avoid the additional manpower (Deburring, Measuring & Material Handling)</li><li>Develope the shop made fixtures for parts handling & Inspection,simple process</li><li>To give On the Job training to new trainees</li><li>Maintain the safety procedures</li><li>Maintain the DSM, Logsheet, CLIR, Q Chart in his machines</li><li>Ensure the availability and readyness of tools, fixtures & Raw materials in advance to improve the efficiency</li><li>Understanding the part drawings and CMM reports</li><li>Do instruments calibration on time</li><li>Do self inspection as per SOP</li><li>Adherence to job card booking</li><li>Involved in development activity such as error profing fixtures,process and method improvement</li><li>Identifiy scope of CTR,STR and allowance reduction</li><li>Maintain the tool and breakdown history management systemD</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:1rem;"><br style="color:rgb(19,19,19);" /></p>
