Using extensive product usage data sets, you will partner directly with product managers, designers, engineers, and product marketing managers to align data insights with growth objectives. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, design growth experiments, and provide actionable insights & recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.</font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia"><br /></font></p><p style="color:rgb(19,19,19);"><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Responsibilities </span><span style="font-family:Georgia;">:</span></p><p style="color:rgb(19,19,19);"><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><br /></span></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Analyze product usage patterns to better understand how users are interacting with our products and surfaces. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Partner closely with product and engineering teams to find opportunities to improve our free trial, user onboarding, and skill-building experiences. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Identify and optimize product-led growth success metrics including free-to-paid conversion, activation, engagement, and retention rates. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine product features and improve user experiences. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Use statistical methods to validate hypotheses and ensure reliable experimentation results. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Develop models to support revenue attribution for test variant winners, propensity to convert, and customer churn. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Build user segmentation models to identify high-value user cohorts. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Collaborate with data engineers to deploy efficient data pipelines to inform accurate & timely decision making. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Build and maintain dashboards to support self-service access to test results and insights. </font></p><p><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">Act as a trusted advisor to product-led growth partners, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.</font></p><p style="color:rgb(19,19,19);"><br /><br /><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Required skills </span><span style="font-family:Georgia;">: </span></p><ul><li><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">SQL, Python, AI/ML models, Statistics, A/B tests and multivariate experiments</font></li><li><font color="#131313" face="Georgia">AI Coding tools like Claude Code, Github copilot</font></li></ul>
