This person will own the data mapping process — translating current datasets used across the firm into the structure and logic of the new system — while working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and sign-off.Responsibilities : Own the end-to-end data mapping process, from requirements gathering through validation and vendor sign-off l Collaborate across operations, engineering, product, compliance, and vendor teams to define the source-of-truth for each data element l Produce and maintain mapping documentation, including field-level mappings, value translations, structural differences, known gaps, execution order, and validation criteria l Investigate and resolve data quality issues, distinguishing between engineering-solvable problems and source-data limitations l Coordinate review sessions with internal stakeholders and external vendors, track open items to closure, and ensure alignment before implementation l Pull data samples and write profiling queries to validate mappings and surface defects prior to handoff Required skills : data mapping, data migration, or data analysis, ideally within financial services or back-office operations,Strong SQL skills and comfort writing profiling/validation queries l Excellent cross-functional communication skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Georgia;color:rgb(42,51,62);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;">We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
