<h2>About the Role</h2>We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to join our Business Finance team. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance tracking, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong business acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly business performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.</li><li>Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and variance analysis.</li><li>Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business units.</li><li>Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives and investments.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.</li><li>Support management reviews with actionable recommendations based on financial performance.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.</li><li>Assist in board, investor, and leadership reporting requirements.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).</li><li>2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles.</li><li>Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.</li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring</h2><ul><li>Strong business partnering mindset.</li><li>Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.</li><li>Ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><h2>Why Join LeadSquared?</h2>Join a high-growth SaaS company where finance is a strategic partner to the business.
