You will play a key role in guiding customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.</p><p style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;margin-bottom:1rem;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Key Responsibilities</span></p><ul style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;"><li>Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery sessions with customers.</li><li>Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Configure product workflows and coordinate integrations as per client needs.</li><li>Prepare functional documentation, solution outlines, and configuration details.</li><li>Support UAT, address gaps, and ensure smooth go-live and transition.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams.</li><li>Manage client communication and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li><li><br /></li></ul><p style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;margin-bottom:1rem;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Qualifications & Experience</span></p><ul style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;"><li>2–4 years of experience in LOS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.</li><li>Experience working with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.</li><li>Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul><p style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;margin-bottom:1rem;"></p><p style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;margin-bottom:1rem;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Who Will Succeed in This Role</span><br />Professionals who enjoy customer interaction, can bring clarity to complex workflows, and thrive in fast-paced implementation environments will find this role rewarding.</p></div></div>
