Roles & responsibilities Base Expectations Ø Project Delivery • Experienced in demonstrating project management, client management, process improvement, leadership, communication, relationship building, analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills • • Demonstrating advanced understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and ability to guide the team to apply these on client projects with focus on quality and attention to detail • • Experienced to handle multiple engagements within the practice assigned and therefore must have the ability to manage competing priorities • • Demonstrating strong proficiency in effectively using and understanding applications and databases and work extensively with various technology tools • • Experienced in the standardization of services leveraging technology, demonstrating continuous improvement of efficiencies • • Experienced in handling large and diverse teams of approx. 15 people or more. Experience with Global Delivery centers is preferred. • • Strong communicators, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to leadership and convey objectives to team members Ø Practice Management • Manage, support and participate in preparation of global transfer pricing compliance engagements on a global scale • Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues and to project leaders • Display general knowledge of engagement “big picture” • Assist stakeholders to expand the current business offerings and identify additional opportunities to work with other KPMG practices • Build strong internal relationships within the global transfer pricing practice and across other KDN’s GDCs • Contribute and motivate team members toward achievement of team goals.
