<div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:'Segoe UI';line-height:20px;"><h3>Job Description – Program Manager (7–12 Years)</h3>Position: Program Manager Experience: 7–12 Years Location: Bangalore <h4>Role Summary</h4>We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic programs, drive governance, and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong program management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence through structured governance and risk management practices.<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Lead and manage multiple programs/projects from planning through execution and delivery.</li><li>Establish and drive program governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews with leadership and executive stakeholders.</li><li>Track and manage project health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations across programs.</li><li>Implement and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management frameworks.</li><li>Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans to ensure program success.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Business stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership and C-suite reviews.</li><li>Support strategic planning initiatives, market research activities, and business transformation programs.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency across programs.</li><li>Ensure alignment between business priorities, resource planning, and delivery commitments.</li></ul><h4>Required Skills & Experience</h4><ul><li>7–12 years of overall experience with significant exposure to Program Management and Governance.</li><li>Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in technology or consulting environments.</li><li>Strong expertise in program planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.</li><li>Hands-on experience in RAID management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.</li><li>Experience driving operational reviews and tracking portfolio-level program health.</li><li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Exposure to market research, business analysis, and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.</li><li>SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification.</li><li>Experience working in consulting organizations or large-scale transformation programs.</li><li>Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologie</li></ul></div>
