The role involves working closely with embedded systems, Linux/RTOS environments, and platform services to deliver stable, high-performance TV solutions.</span></p><hr /><h2><span style="font-size:14px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Design, develop, and maintain platform-level software for webOS TV.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Develop system and service components using C/C++ in embedded environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Work on Linux/RTOS-based system programming and platform services.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Apply object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and UML-based designs.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Contribute to system and service development for Android/webOS platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Perform debugging, issue analysis, and root cause investigation for system-level problems.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Participate in code reviews and follow established development and quality standards.</span></li></ul><hr /><h2><span style="font-size:14px;">Required Skills and Qualifications</span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong programming skills in C and C++ within embedded environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Good understanding of C++ design patterns and UML-based software design.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong knowledge of Linux/RTOS and system-level programming.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Good understanding of Linux internals, including systemd, process management, DAC, and SMAC.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Hands-on experience in system or service programming for Android or webOS platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</span></li></ul><hr /><h2><span style="font-size:14px;">Added Advantage</span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Knowledge of Bluetooth and networking standards such as WiFi and Bluetooth.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with connectivity standards such as Miracast, IoT, UPnP, DLNA, and MQTT.</span></li></ul><hr /><h2><span style="font-size:14px;">Nice to Have</span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with open-source integration.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Knowledge of cross-compiling for ARM architecture and use of profiling tools.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Gerrit, GCOV, and LCOV.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Working knowledge of project and documentation tools such as Confluence and JIRA.</span></li></ul></div>
