About LoadShare Networks: At LoadShare, we are building Indiaʼs largest intra-city logistics marketplace. Founded in 2017, we are a Series C startup backed by a strong set of investors (Tiger Global, Matrix Partners, BII, Stellaris, BeeNext, Filter Capital) focused on building a profitable and impactful business. We work with all major enterprise clients covering the full spectrum of intracity use cases - Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, BBNow, etc), Food (Swiggy, Zomato, etc), Hyperlocal (Apollo, Licious, etc), Grocery (Reliance, Spencers, ONDC, etc), eCommerce (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, ShipRocket, etc) and Bike Taxi (Uber, Ola, etc). ● Scale: We deliver over ~500K orders per day at the last mile across food, e-commerce, grocery, etc on a common tech platform. We have coverage in over 500+ towns nationwide and a fleet of over 20K+ riders. ● Strong Tech: We are in a unique position to cross-utilize the delivery boys across different earning opportunities matching the peaks of various use-cases throughout the day. (ex: grocery peaks at 6-8 am, while bike taxi peaks from 8 to 10 am, etc). In addition to this, our supply chain SaaS platforms power over 1M+ shipments per day Key Responsibilities: Own complete and independent development of assigned user stories to launch new products or iterate over existing features. You will implement cutting-edge technologies and will be writing state-of-the-art code to keep Loadshare at the cutting edge of current technology. Innovating new / unique ways to solve known and unknown problems. Using independent judgment in selection of alternative courses of action. Responsible for solving high complexity issues at a system / domain / vertical level. Collaborate with colleagues including product managers, designers and other engineers assigned to your project(s). Exhibits leadership and influence well beyond themselves OR exceptionally strong individual contribution. Go-to expert in some significant area of the code base. Research and propose new technologies, and have a broad understanding of the entire architecture. Proactively identify and clean up technical debt before it turns into a long-term problem, and encourage and enable their team to do the same. Contributes widely to making others better via code reviews, mentoring, and training. Key Result Areas: 1. Timeliness of delivery as per plan made by POD lead engineer. 2. Velocity of software engineering 3. Quality of deliverables Defects in QA, Post Production Performance bottlenecks in production 4. Coding quality and architecture standards
