Collected role description

We are seeking a seasoned RF Architect to spearhead end-to-end design, development, and integration of complete hardware RF chains for next-generation 5G NR AAS radios, wireless communications, and radar systems. Architect, design, and lead end-to-end integration for Active Antenna System (AAS) 5G NR radios, radar, and multi-band RF hardware chains. ### 5G NR Radios & System Integration - **E2E AAS Integration:** Coordinate across multidisciplinary development teams on end-to-end integration for Active Antenna System (AAS) 5G NR radios. - **Antenna Calibration (MCAC):** Serve as lead integrator for mutual coupling-based antenna calibration (MCAC) activities. - **Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:** Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot 5G NR radios in both conducted and Over-the-Air (OTA) test setups. - **Test & Measurement:** Extensive hands-on experience utilizing advanced measurement instrumentation including Spectrum Analyzers (SA), Signal Generators (SG), Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), and Non-linear VNAs (NVNA). ### Hardware RF Chain Architecture & Team Leadership - **RF Chain Design & Development:** Architect, design, and develop complete hardware RF chains for diverse wireless and radar communication applications spanning multiple frequency bands. - **Team Leadership:** Build, mentor, and technically lead an engineering team dedicated to RF hardware development and calibration. ### Technical Experience & Education - **Education:** B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from an **IIT** or premier institute. - **Experience:** 10+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in RF chain architecture, design, and hardware development. - **Microwave & RF Depth:** In-depth technical mastery of Microwave & RF theory, transmission lines, impedance matching, and high-frequency active/passive components. - **System Bring-up:** Proven track record bringing complex RF communication platforms from schematic through lab characterization and regulatory compliance.
