Collected role description
As a City Head (BU) at Livspace, you will serve as the business owner for your city - responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the City’s P&L (EBITDA), and direct accountability for Sales, Design, Execution, and Customer Experience. You will be responsible for managing monthly revenues of ~₹100 - 150 Cr annually, and will drive EBITA growth while maintaining sustainable revenue growth with ~100+ team members. You will lead cross-functional teams, define and execute the city strategy, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence across all areas. All City-level Sales, Design, and Operations teams will report directly to you. Additionally, you will be closely working with HR Business Partners, City CMMs, TA Leads, Channel Leads, Modular Design Support Teams, and other Central Function SPOCs to run the city holistically and deliver the desired EBITDA with sustained revenue growth.
