Associate Principal - Package Implementation

Job Description :UKG WFM Consultant Exp:12 to 16 Years Role Summary: The UKG WFM Consultant will support the implementation configuration integration and ongoing enhancement of Workforce Management capabilities across the adidas retail landscape The consultant will work across UKG Workforce Dimensions modules including timekeeping scheduling forecasting requests time evaluation absence management interfaces and reporting ensuring that solutions are technically feasible scalable and aligned with business requirements Key Responsibilities Assess assigned user stories requirements and enhancements from both functional and technical implementation perspectives Configure and support UKG Workforce Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping Scheduling Forecasting Requests Time Evaluation and Absence Management Work with Product Owners solution architects project teams and market stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into workable WFM solutions Participate in Scrum ceremonies project calls and stakeholder discussions providing inputs on feasibility effort dependencies and risks Coordinate with dependent teams for integrations middleware mapping data objects CRT logic reports and deployment activities Resolve configuration integration and codingrelated issues identified during QA UAT staging or production validation Support deployment activities across development staging and production environments including preparation of integration movement lists and production readiness inputs Maintain and update JIRA Confluence requirement specifications middleware mapping documents and other project documentation Support technical debt defects and operational changes in coordination with runoperations teams Create and maintain logical installation integrations including data objects for Punch and Schedule Export Support production setup activities such as Hours of Operation creation initial load integration runs and BI data analysis 
 Required Skills and Experience 
 Handson experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions Kronos Workforce Management implementation and configuration 
 Strong functional understanding of WFM processes including timekeeping scheduling forecasting absence management time evaluation and workforcerelated requests 
 Experience working with UKG integrations interfaces reports middleware mappings and data object configuration 
 Ability to analyse requirements identify dependencies and highlight potential risks or implementation constraints early 
 Experience in Agile delivery environments including Scrum ceremonies user story refinement and defect resolution 
 Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for tracking progress documenting requirements and maintaining delivery transparency 
 Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration QA UAT staging and production environments Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Architecture Engineering QA Operations and market teams Preferred Skills Experience supporting retail workforce management implementations across multiple markets or regions Understanding of production readiness deployment planning and operational handover practices Exposure to BI data analysis reporting validation and workforce data reconciliation Ability to work independently in a remote setup while keeping stakeholders aligned on progress risks and dependencies Expected Deliverables Configured and validated UKG WFM functionality aligned to approved requirements Updated technical and functional documentation including requirement specifications and mapping documents Resolved defects configuration issues and integrationrelated blockers within agreed timelines Deploymentready packages and clear inputs for production releases Regular progress updates through JIRA Confluence and project ceremonies
