Job Summary Seeking an experienced SAP MDG Tester with 5 to 7 years of expertise in software quality assurance specializing in SAP Master Data Management and Governance solutions Job Description Execute comprehensive testing strategies for SAP MDG solutions. Focus on validating master data domains including Material Customer Vendor and Financials Support S4HANA migrations and global implementation projects. Ensure seamless functioning of data integrity governance workflows and data replication systems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. Develop and maintain test cases scripts and documentation related to SAP MDG testing Monitor and report on testing progress defects and overall quality metrics Roles and Responsibilities Design plan and perform end to end testing of SAP MDG applications. Validate master data governance processes and workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy. Conduct functional integration regression and user acceptance testing Analyze test results and coordinate defect resolution with development teams. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability. Maintain uptodate knowledge of SAP MDG and S4HANA capabilities and enhancements. Provide training and support to junior testers and team members as needed Test Strategy Execution Definining Frameworks Create and manage comprehensive test plans test scenarios and detailed test cases for complex SAP MDG applications Functional Validation Perform detailed testing on Data Models UI Models and custom Change Request CR workflows Rule Engine Testing Validate complex business rules data derivations and validations designed via BRF Automation Engineering Design and implement automated testing scripts using tools like TOSCA or SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing ECT Data Integration Infrastructure 
 Replication Verification Validate outbound and inbound master data distribution via ALEIDOCs WebServices and Data Replication Framework DRF 
 Backend Validation Execute complex SQL queries to conduct database validation ETL data reconciliation and backend data profiling 
 Error Infrastructure Simulate and test MDG errorhandling capabilities and system troubleshooting procedures 
 Collaboration Release Management 
 UAT Leadership Partner closely with business analysts and global stakeholders to coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing UAT and golive readiness 
 Defect Life Cycle Track triage and manage defect lifecycles using enterprise management tools such as JIRA or SAP Solution Manager 
 CrossFunctional Alignment Coordinate with technical ABAP developers functional consultants and S4HANA infrastructure teams to address rootcause issues 
 Technical Competencies 
 Domain Mastery Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience evaluating SAP MDG HubCodeployment architectures across Material MDGM Customer MDGC Supplier MDGS or Financials MDGF Core Frameworks Familiarity with SAP Floorplan Manager FPM Web Dynpro and ABAP Object Oriented concepts to facilitate technical debugging Migration Tools Previous experience validating largescale data migrations utilizing LSMW SAP Advanced Data Migration or staging tables Methodologies Strong background in AgileScrum delivery models and testdriven development methodologies
