Industry Preference Manufacturing Role Level Senior Leadership Delivery Partner Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and transformational Senior ADM Delivery Partner to lead Application Development and Maintenance ADM engagements across a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence operational resilience AIled transformation continuous innovation and profitable growth across largescale AMS environments comprising diverse enterprise technologies Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Lead largescale Application Development and Maintenance ADM programs for strategic enterprise accounts Manage endtoend service delivery across complex heterogeneous technology landscapes Ensure delivery excellence SLA adherence service quality customer satisfaction and operational governance Drive transformational initiatives that improve service performance and business outcomes Technology Portfolio Management Experience across a diverse technology ecosystem is essential Demonstrated experience managing multitechnology support and development environments including Salesforce Oracle Applications ServiceNow Custom NET Applications Oracle Integration Cloud OIC Oracle Field Service iOS Applications Android Applications Enterprise Integrations and Middleware Platforms AILed Service Transformation Drive adoption of AIGenAI capabilities within ADM operations Demonstrate measurable productivity improvements through AIdriven delivery practices Identify and execute automation opportunities across IT operations and support functions Establish AIenabled operational excellence frameworks Reliability Resilience Engineering Transform support organizations from oReactive Preventive Predictive operations  Build resilient systems and support processes  Leverage monitoring analytics automation and AI to reduce incidents and improve service availability  Drive proactive risk identification and continuous improvement programs  Financial Commercial Management  Own delivery PL for large service portfolios  Manage budgets revenue margins and profitability  Demonstrated experience managing USD 10M20M PL responsibility  Drive operational efficiencies and margin improvement initiatives  Innovation Continuous Improvement  Lead service transformation and modernization initiatives  Establish automationfirst operating models  Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement  Deliver tangible improvements in service quality cost optimization and operational efficiency  Required Qualifications  Experience  Minimum 15 years of IT services experience  Minimum 5 years managing large application supportADM engagements Proven experience leading complex AMS programs in global delivery environments Experience managing large teams across multiple technologies and geographies Leadership Competencies Executive stakeholder management Strategic account management Service transformation leadership AIdriven operational excellence Financial governance and PL ownership Talent development and team leadership Customer relationship management Strong communication and influencing skills Preferred Qualifications Experience managing both Applications and Infrastructure engagements Experience leading digital transformation programs Exposure to enterprisescale automation and AIOps initiatives Proven record of delivering productivity improvements through AI and automation Experience with global manufacturing clients and large enterprise accounts
