Role name Senior Finance HR global cutover lead Exp range 8 plus years experience location Pan India usually its from 1230 830 PM IST Finance HR global cutover lead a workday global cutover lead manages the final transition from legacy systems to the new workday platform Roles and responsibilities develop and own the master cutover plan runbook reporting dashboard covering all golive events including entry and exit criteria task sequencing and dependencies develops a market cutover planning template in alignment with Accenture and manages alignment of market cutover plans to the global master cutover plan overall global cutover coordination plans communicates tracks and manages all global cutover activities via reporting dashboard global crossfunctional coordination connects technical teams integrations security reports with functional teams HR payroll global cross finance workstreams coordination connects all workstems RTR STP LTC FDM data conversion integrations security testing infrastructure and training global vendor management ensure global vendor resource availability and alignment with cutover planning manages communication with all vendors during the cutover phase manages market cutover leads approach and progress works closely with the market cutover leads for a standarised global approach ensure they stay on track through an agreed meeting cadence run the global cutover war room remotely including issue triage escalation paths status cadence and gonogo decision support for executive leadership global cutover communication in alignment with global change and communication lead communicates cutover planning status to market cutover leads global project team business stakeholders and global thirdparty vendors risk management escalates global impediments or critical local impediments to the customer global program leadership team 
 global resource management allocates the right resources for the cutover window ensures resources are prepared for golive activities 
 transition to hypercare ensure handover to hypercare team of open cutover issues defects unresolved risks 
 manages legacy systems decommissioning coordinates with market cutover leads on of retirement of legacy systems 
 Required qualifications must have 
 8 plus years of erp program experience with at least three fulllifecycle cutovers in a lead role 
 direct experience leading cutover from legacy erp platforms eg sap to workday 
 handson experience with fullsuite workday deployments financials and hcm at minimum 
 demonstrated success managing multiple golives simultaneously 
 demonstrated success at building stakeholder relationships while working remotely 
 proven ability to build and execute detailed runbooks with hundreds of sequenced tasks across multiple teams and vendors experience running a golive command center including issue management and executive gonogo facilitation strong command of data conversion integration cutover and legacy decommissioning practices availability to start immediately and to work through the december 2026 and january 2027 golive windows including holidays as needed preferred qualifications cutover or program experience on an erp implementation that included a merger acquisition or divestiture including dayone readiness planning and multientity consolidation workday launchdeployment methodology familiarity or partnerside delivery experience
