Key Responsibilities Location- Chennai Delivery and Execution Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for web mobile Database and API layers Collaborate with product owners scrum masters and developers to define test criteria and acceptance standards Analyze test results report bugs and work with developers for timely resolution on planned deliverables Support continuous deployment and continuous integration by integrating automated tests into CICD pipelines Support and Enablement Mentor and coach engineers and associates in automation exploratory testing and quality practices Pair program and conduct framework reviews Establish quality metrics coverage reliability flakiness lead time escape rate and publish dashboards Champion best practices in test data management environment management and test observability Partner with SREDevOps team on synthetic monitoring and postrelease validation contribute to incident reviews and preventive actions Contribute to community of practice and reusable libraries across teams Participate in AgileScrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning Requirement Essential Skills Expert in UI and API test automation for Web and Mobile using Cypress and Playwright Deep understanding of testing levels and techniques unit contract integration endtoend exploratory regression performance accessibility Solid experience building maintainable frameworks page object modelsscreenplay fixtures data builders parallel execution and test data strategy Advanced API testing with Postman RestAssured Swagger Playwright APIRequestContext schema validation mocks and contract testing Good to Have for Cypress with BDD Integration CICD integration of automated suites JenkinsGitHub ActionsAzure DevOps with quality gates and flakytest management Strong SQL skills ability to validate data across services and databases familiarity with message queues and eventdriven systems  Working knowledge of containerized test execution Docker and cloud environments GCPAzureAWS  Excellent debugging skills and a strong bias for automation and reliability  Desired Skills  Performance and reliability testing using JMeterGatlingLocust baseline and SLOSLA validation  Mobile automation AppiumDetox and visual regression testing  Security testing basics OWASP accessibility WCAG and chaosresilience testing exposure  Handson in a programming language JavaScriptTypeScript or JavaPython Typescript preferred  Experience with test analytics dashboards and quality KPIs   Nice To Have  Ability to develop Automated frameworks from the scratch  Good to have AI implementation of Selfhealing concepts to avoid falky tests  Godt to know Integration of AI models into Automation process Working time will be 12.30pm to 9.30 PM IST
