Required Skills Experience: Manufacturing Domain Expertise Job Description: 1. Lead and facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to identify business challenges and co-create innovative solutions. 2. Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing operations, including production planning, supply chain, and quality management processes. 3. Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and visual models using UML diagrams. 4. Leverage the M365 Suites of Products for effective collaboration, documentation, and project management across teams. 5. Develop and present compelling data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau to provide actionable insights. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. 7. Provide expert consultation on business process mapping, optimization, and solutioning within the manufacturing sector. 8. Support presales activities by contributing to solution design and articulating value propositions to potential clients. 9. Mentor junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence. 10. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in manufacturing, such as IIoT, AI, and Smart Factory solutions, to inform strategic recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience (8-12 years) in business analysis, with a significant focus on the manufacturing domain. - Expertise in leading Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops. - Proficient in utilizing the M365 Suites of Products for enterprise collaboration and productivity. - Strong capability in data visualization and reporting tools, specifically PowerBI and Tableau. - Demonstrated ability to create detailed technical documentation and models using UML diagrams.  - Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including MES, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), SCADA, PLC/DCS, and industrial automation.  - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.  - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.  - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
