JD: We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Subject Matter Expert SME with strong handson experience in managing enterprise Linux environments supporting SAP workloads across hyperscaler platforms such as Azure or AWS The role focuses on endtoend ownership of Day2 operations ensuring system stability performance security and operational efficiency across production environments Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Linux system administration and lifecycle management Incident problem and change management OS patching upgrades and security compliance Performance monitoring tuning and capacity management Operating Linux workloads on cloud platforms AzureAWS The role includes active involvement in Work closely with customer stakeholders and account team Troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root cause analysis RCA Managing critical incidents and system outages Executing scheduled maintenance activities patching upgrades refreshes Ensuring system availability reliability and SLA adherence Supporting audit compliance and vulnerability remediation activities Creating technology roadmap for upgrades and transformation Manage Linux environment hosting SAP workloads across onprem and cloud Additionally the candidate will collaborate with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams to support SAP environments and contribute to automation initiatives using IAC and scripting to improve operational efficiency and standardization Key Responsibilities Linux Administration Operations Manage and maintain enterprisescale Linux environments RHELSUSE preferred across onprem Azure and AWS Perform Day2 operations o Monitoring handling and incident response o Troubleshooting RCA and problem management o Performance tuning and optimization 
 Execute OS lifecycle tasks

 JOB DESCRIPTION 
 SAP Basis Support 
 Provide OSlevel support for SAP systems ECC S4HANA BW etc 
 Work closely with SAP Basis team on 
 o 
 Installations upgrades refresh activities 
 Support SAPrelated performance and infrastructure dependencies 
 DevOps IaC 
 Use IaC for infrastructure provisioning and automation across Azure and AWS 
 Support standardized and repeatable environment builds 
 Basic scripting using Shell Python 
 Required Skills Qualifications 
 Must Have 
 5-8 years of Linux administration experience 
 Strong expertise in Linux OS RHELSUSE 
 oOS patching upgrade lifecycle 
 
 o 
 Day2 production operations 
 Experience supporting SAP environments Basis collaboration Handson exposure to Terraform Azure AWS Cloud exposure Good to Have Shell scripting Python Experience with Ansible or automation tools Understanding of SAP HANA infrastructure
