The role involves server administration, infrastructure upgrades, performance optimization, Active Directory management, security compliance, automation, and troubleshooting across On-Premises, Virtualized, and Cloud platforms. Experience managing large enterprise Windows environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with infrastructure modernization and cloud migration projects. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory & GPO Windows Failover Clustering PowerShell Scripting VMware/Hyper-V Patch & Vulnerability Management Monitoring Tools (SCOM/SolarWinds) Backup Tools (Veeam/Commvault/Rubrik) Azure or OCI Exposure
