Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Java AWS DevOps Services and Docker for application support roles Job Description Looking for passionate engineers who are hands on grounded opinionated and passionate about building products using technology You will partner with stakeholders and work with teams to design develop and maintain complex systems You will build world class products through solving challenging problems with using cutting edge technology You will work with empathetic smart and motivated teammates in a fastpaced collaborative environment Responsibilities Work closely with clients commercial social enterprises startups both Business and Technical staff members Work on complex systems by designing implementing and unit testing your code Work towards building systems that would scale and also encourage best practices Think through hard problems not limited to technology and work with a team to realize and implement solutions Adhere to Agile development methodologies and best practices Actively mentor and teach junior engineers and deeply engage with each one and set them up for success Technical process skills Must have Strong handson experience in developing enterprisegrade applications using JavaJ2EE Spring and Spring Boot Excellent understanding of ObjectOriented Programming OOP concepts SOLID DRY modular design principles and commonly used design patterns Proven experience in designing and implementing microservicesbased architectures including service communication fault tolerance and scalability Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency concepts and their practical application in Java Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs including API security versioning and performance considerations Solid understanding of web application fundamentals HTTP lifecycle authenticationauthorization caching security best practices 
 Working experience with relational databases PostgreSQL Oracle MySQL and NoSQL databases MongoDB DynamoDB 
 Strong handson experience with AWS cloud services such as 
 EC2 ECS EKS 
 S3 RDS DynamoDB 
 IAM CloudWatch Parameter Store Secrets Manager 
 Experience implementing logging monitoring and observability using SLF4J Log4j2 Logback and AWSnative tools 
 Good knowledge of unit testing and TDD using JUnit TestNG and mocking frameworks such as Mockito PowerMockito 
 Proficient with Git and version control best practices including branching strategies tagging release management and hotfix handling 
 Experience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle 
 Handson experience with containerization using Docker and working knowledge of Kubernetes Amazon EKS 
 Good to have 
 Working knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular React or Vue to support endtoend solution discussions Experience with eventdriven and messaging systems like Kafka RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ Good understanding of setting up CICD pipeline and related systems using Jenkins Experience with artifacts repositories like jFrog artifactory Sonatype nexus Apache Archiva etc Practical experience using AIassisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools for faster development and code reviews AIassisted unit test generation refactoring suggestions and documentation Soft skills Excellent Communication Skills Experience leading small teams and interacting with stakeholders to under business problems Ability to gather business requirements and interface with customer teams as required Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Team player
