Primary Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Create and maintain safety awareness in Junior Engineers & Associates.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Support Engineers in closure of safety issues and SOT Observations.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Identify training needs, Review Skill matrix on timely Basis. Monitoring and Achieving Plan Vs. Actual TNI. </li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Encourage Engineers & Associates to identify and execute Kaizens and improvements.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Ensure effective implementation of all the quality standard requirements.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PPSR.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Review tool, equipment or facility requirement and calibration and follow up for the same on monthly basis. </li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Conduct layered audits as per schedule and ensure closer of open points and improvement based on LA. Check LA done by Engineers and guide for improvements.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Drive to resolve TCF & CARE Line Quality issues </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Lead 5F CFT team to drive for issues on daily basis.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Participate in PQA on daily basis and ensure actions for the repeated issue. Review yellow card filled by Engineers.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Lead one problem solving activity per month.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Lead new launch readiness as per launch glide path.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Ensure Implementation of MGPS Requirements on shop floors.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Monitor and control factory supplies and rejection costs in the Group with Engineer.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Prepare Daily report of Quality update in coordination with CFT.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Support Various Motivational Activities, Competitions.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Daily review of yard PDI issues with team and take actions for defect observed.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Prepare yard PDI report for QRM.</li></ul> Authority<ul type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Leave approval of associates and engineers.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">PPSR raising to concerned agency.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Alarm escalation to concerned department.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="background-size:initial;">Rejection/Approval of EWO or PTR changes.</li></ul>Educational qualifications preferred <ul class="Category Group"> <li class="Category">Degree: BE/BTech</li></ul> Required work experience <ul class="Industry Group"> <li class="Industry">Industry: Automobile OEM</li> <li class="Role">Years of experience: 5-10 Years</li> </ul> Required Competencies:<ul><li style="line-height:115%;">Good Team player</li><li style="line-height:115%;">Interpersonal skills</li><li style="line-height:115%;">Good time management skills</li><li style="line-height:115%;">Problem solver</li><li style="line-height:115%;">Well versed with Microsoft Office tools</li></ul> Required Knowledge:<ul><li style="line-height:115%;">Sound knowledge of cars, assembly process & TCF line inspection processes</li><li style="line-height:115%;">Excellent speaking and writing ability</li><li style="line-height:115%;">English reading and writing ability and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
