Designation: Group Leader - Paint Shop Production Office Location: Halol Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Accountable for day to day production activities</li><li>Accountable for Safety in Paint shop</li><li>Provides support Paint leadership in SPQRCE</li><li>Establishing system to maintain paint process control</li></ul> Additional Responsibilities: <ul><li>Should have knowledge of Paint shop PT- ED and Sealing line or In Paint booth and Oven Management.</li><li>Should have experience in doing Paint shop Audits and process control</li><li>Should have knowledge of paint cost control</li><li>Should be able to prepare Budget, Schedules and quality reports.</li><li>Should have deep knowledge of paint process (specially PTED).</li><li>Should have good trouble shooting skill</li></ul> Educational qualifications preferred<ul class="Category Group"> <li class="Degree">Degree: BE/B.Tech</li></ul> Required work experience <ul class="Industry Group"> <li class="Industry">Years of experience: 5-15 Years (Auto OEM)</li> </ul> Required Skills: <ul><li>Should have involved in PTED paint process </li><li>Planning and Problem solving Skills</li><li>Team building and Conflict Management</li><li>Co-ordination and communication</li><li>Dealing with Ambiguity and Managerial Courage</li><li>Technical and functional skills</li><li>Risk taking and Customer Focus</li><li>Integrity and Trust</li></ul>
