Delivery , Quality , Cost , Safety , Morale and Environment Position Responsibilities: <ol style="margin-top:0cm;" start="1" type="1"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Coach Safety, Quality, & Productivity objectives are met by following standardized work.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Conduct Daily/weekly SOT audits to confirm Safety concerns are readily addressed and requirements are met.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Coach and Support Junior engineers to achieve SPQRCE objectives through standardized work.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Assist associate and Junior Engineers to maintain production flow consistent with cycle time.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Monitor Andon occurrences be the first responder as secondary support.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Support continuous improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Communication and recognition- Communication as require performing job function.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Respect and encourage respect of all associates</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Build Junior engineer & associate capability</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Create a conductive work environment for the teams to complete their assigned responsibilities and tasks</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Basic Administration of supervisory responsibility and documents.</li> </ol> Functional Responsibilities <ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Good understanding of complete process related to Trim / Chassis / Final / Electrical area and ability to lead the team thru the hands-on experience.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Good understanding of Basic Automobile Sub Systems and ability to train and coach the reprocess area associates on repair specific skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Good understanding of trim / chassis /final assembly process and trim / chassis / final area related product quality features and ability to drive team on defect free cars output </li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Ensuring the Quality and Delivery Outputs of the assigned area of responsibility. </li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Monitor the line stoppage issues to respective agencies like incoming quality, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, etc., & resolve through CFT approach.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Able to lead / participate cross functional teams through various problem-solving techniques in resolving issues.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Knowledge of line balancing, time study and work allocation according to output requirements.</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Perform Concern resolution by following Basic Problem-solving tools</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Should have Knowledge of EOL/Final line (( Fluid filling systems and electrical system of car)</li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Hands on experience of flashing tool (MFT/NGFTT) Operations and integration with server</li> </ul> Educational Qualification, experience, skills & knowledge <ul><li style="margin-left:18pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Bachelor’s degree or above</li><li style="margin-left:18pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Experience more than 5 years in Auto OEM</li><li
