Policy implementation - implementation of Group strategic EHS initiatives in plant.</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">2. ESG Guidelines - Drive conservation of resources in plant. Drive the carbon footprint reduction and green initiatives in plant</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">3. EHS Culture improvement - Ensure to do regular EHS Gemba to observe the EHS issues.</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">4. Ensure the implementation of BBS activities</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">5. Ensure to drive incident risk free climate to protect employees, assets.</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">6. Ensure to conduct regular health checkup of employees.</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">7. Ensure compliance to all applicable EHS related requirement and regulations in plant.</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">8. ISO System ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 - Internal auditor certified and ensure to drive regular compliance with HIRA/Aspect & Impact.</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities">9. Employee participation - Ensure the celebration of group level EHS Promotional Events</p><p class="Primary Responsibilities"><br /></p><p class="Primary Responsibilities"><br /></p>
