<div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:'Segoe UI';line-height:20px;"><h2>Assistant Manager – Tool Room Machine Shop</h2><h3>Qualification</h3><ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Tool Engineering (TRTC, CIPET, NTTF, ISTC or equivalent)</li><li>MS Office / MS-CIT mandatory</li><li>SAP knowledge preferred</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in Tool Room Machine Shop operations.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to EDM, Wire EDM, VMC and other machining processes.</li><li>Experience in tool manufacturing, machining accuracy control, and production planning.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute tool part machining as per PPC loading plan.</li><li>Ensure machining of tool components with zero rejection and minimum rework.</li><li>Conduct daily machine shop reviews and monitor production progress.</li><li>Distribute machining jobs based on machine load and capacity utilization.</li><li>Ensure optimum utilization of consumables such as wire, resin, cutting tools, etc.</li><li>Perform machine capacity planning based on tool development priorities.</li><li>Drive initiatives for machining cycle time reduction and cutting tool life improvement.</li><li>Maintain effective machine utilization and achieve OEE targets.</li><li>Reduce machining consumable costs and machining scrap.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 associates.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Mandatory knowledge of Delcam programming.</li><li>Mandatory knowledge of EDM & Wire EDM programming.</li><li>Good understanding of VMC programming.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tooling and machining accuracy requirements.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Creo, Pro-E, AutoCAD and other design software.</li><li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and tooling specifications.</li></ul><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.</li></ul></div>
