The candidate will be responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring adherence to painting quality standards, optimizing productivity, and managing a team of 30-50 operators.</p><p>The role requires hands-on experience in paint shop troubleshooting, process improvement, and maintaining quality standards while achieving production targets.
