<p><b>Group Company:</b> UMKL </p> <p class="Designation"><b>Designation: </b>Principle Engineer</p> <p class="Office Location"><b>Office Location:</b> Bawal</p> <p class="Position description"><b>Educational qualifications preferred</b></p> <ul class="Category Group"> <li class="Category"><b>B.Tech - Mechanical</b></li> </ul> <p class="Required Certification/s"><b>JD- </b></p><p class="Required Certification/s"><b><br /></b></p><table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="554" style="width:416pt;"> <colgroup><col width="72" span="2" style="width:54pt;" /> <col width="86" style="width:65pt;" /> <col width="72" style="width:54pt;" /> <col width="88" style="width:66pt;" /> <col width="72" style="width:54pt;" /> <col width="92" style="width:69pt;" /> </colgroup><tbody><tr style="height:16.5pt;"> <td colspan="7" rowspan="29" height="587" class="xl67" width="554" style="border-right:1pt solid #000000;border-bottom:1pt solid #000000;height:440.85pt;width:416pt;"><font class="font6">Key Responsibilities:</font><font class="font5"><br /> - Lead a team of 3-5 design/development engineers to develop parts from RFQ to SOP.<br /> - Attending RFQs & processing them for fruitful outcome through proper techno-commercial analysis.<br /> - Make or verify BOM, make or buy decision, RM selection, BOP selection.<br /> - Thorough DFM & DFA of parts keeping in mind the tooling feasibility & feedback implementation in design.<br /> - Getting the Moldflow analysis & CAE done through internal/external sources & feedback implementation in design.<br /> - Conducting DV/PV & working to get the product through DVP successfully.<br /> - GD&T implementation.<br /> - Conducting proper and fruitful DFMEA and implementing past learnings in product design & process.<br /> - Attending part trials & analyzing the parts to conclude next steps.<br /> - Maintain good relation within CFT for smooth product delivery.<br /> - Developing team & ensuring their well being & growth.<br /> - Customer interaction from RFQ to SOP & ensuring total customer satisfaction.<br /> - Ensuring proper documentation for technical & non-technical aspects.<br /> </font><font class="font7"><br /> Qualifications:</font><font class="font5"><br /> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field OR Diploma/Post-Diploma in Plastics mould technology/design or tool design/tool making from CIPET, NTTF, TRTC, CTDC<br /> 12-14 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment.<br /> Strong knowledge of core product design & development in automotive plastics parts.<br /> Hands-on experience with APQP and PPAP documentation.<br /> Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and part analysis on CAD.<br /> Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, 8D.<br /> Strong communication and problem-solving skills.<br /> Familiarity with SAP and quality management systems</font></td> </tr> </tbody></table>
