<p><b>Plant Name :- UNO MINDA KYORAKU LTD</b></p><p><b>LOCATION :- BAWAL </b></p><p><b>QULIFICATION:- B TECH MECHANICAL/ PG DIPLOMA IN PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY</b></p><p><b>TOTAL EXP:- 10 ~ 14 YRS</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>- Lead a team of 3-5 design/development engineers to develop parts from RFQ to SOP.</b></p><p><b>- Attending RFQs & processing them for fruitful outcome through proper techno-commercial analysis.</b></p><p><b>- Make or verify BOM, make or buy decision, RM selection, BOP selection.</b></p><p><b>- Thorough DFM & DFA of parts keeping in mind the tooling feasibility & feedback implementation in design.</b></p><p><b>- Getting the Moldflow analysis & CAE done through internal/external sources & feedback implementation in design.</b></p><p><b>- Conducting DV/PV & working to get the product through DVP successfully.</b></p><p><b>- GD&T implementation.</b></p><p><b>- Conducting proper and fruitful DFMEA and implementing past learnings in product design & process.</b></p><p><b>- Attending part trials & analyzing the parts to conclude next steps.</b></p><p><b>- Maintain good relation within CFT for smooth product delivery.</b></p><p><b>- Developing team & ensuring their well being & growth.</b></p><p><b>- Customer interaction from RFQ to SOP & ensuring total customer satisfaction.</b></p><p><b>- Ensuring proper documentation for technical & non-technical aspects.</b></p><div><br /></div>
